Some Important Document Required For New Enrolment

1. Voter Id Card.
2. Driving License
3. Pan Card
4. Ration Card or PDS Photo Card.
5. Photo Bank ATM Card
6. Freedom Fighter Photo Card
7. Pensioner Photo Card
8. Photo ID Issued by a Recognized Educational Institution.
9. Certificate of Identity that has photo issued by Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on a letterhead.
10. Disability ID Card or handicapped medical certificate that is issued by the respective State or Union Territory Government or Administrators.

Some Important Document Required For Child New Enrolment

Aadhar Card (UIDAI) does not require biometric for children below 5 Years old. UID for the children will be proceed based on their facial photograph & biometric details that linked with his parents UID. Once child age completed 5 years have to be re-enrolled. During re-enrollment process their biometric will done from your near ?Aadhar Seva Kendra, Biometric again updates after 15 years old.
