Pan card (Permanent Account Number) is most important document for finecial transction like, opening bank account and ITR, money trasction, and many more.

Document Requierd for Apply Pan Card:-

Proof of Identity Like:-

1. Driving License
2. Voter Identity Card
3. Aadhaar Card
4. Passport (if you have)
5. Ration Card having photograph of applicant
6. Pensioner Card having photograph of the applicants

Proof of Address:-

1. Driving License
2. Aadhaar card
3. Bank Account Statement/Passbook
4. Passport (if you have)
5. Landline telephone or broadband connection bil
6. Electricity Bill
7. Consumer Gas Connection Card or book or piped gas bill
8. Water Bill

Proof of Date Birth:-

1. Aadhaar card
2. Driving License
3. Passport
4. Matriculation certificate
5. Marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriages
6. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority

Correction/Modification of PAN:-

If you found your name or other details are wrong you can correction or modification of PAN details has almost the same fields as that for new PAN application.
